Simon graduated in Physics from Oxford University. In 1994 he joined Arthur Andersen to train as a chartered accountant and to specialise in tax, subsequently making a career move into recruitment in 1996. He has several years' recruitment and executive search experience, and is very well networked in the tax market. He has been involved in a wide variety of executive appointments, working with a selection of FTSE 100, banks and multinational businesses.
